About me

I am a postdoc researcher in the Network InstituteVrije University Amsterdam. Currently, I am working on semantic network analysis, collaborating between the Knowledge Representation and Reasoning (KRR) group in Department of Computer Science, and the Department of Coomunication Science. Previously, I worked in the Semantic Interoperability To access Cultural Heritage (STITCH) project, part of the Continuous Access to Cultural Heritage (CATCH) program.

I was born in Huangshan, Anhui, P. R. China, on 9 July, 1979. In 1996, I left home, hoping to know how a computer works. I got my BSc degree in Anhui University 2000, and my MSc degree in the University of Science and Technology of China 2003. Then I went to Manchester, UK, and got my PhD degree in the Artificial Intelligence Group of the School of Computer Science at the University of Manchester, May 2007.

My current CV is here.
